Here come the 2020-21 Eagles
Typically in the NFL, optimism builds as the season progresses. A team wins a few games, players come through when most needed, here and there a team comes from nowhere to surprise everyone and the bandwagon picks up steam accordingly.

He also rushed for 299 yards at 4.7 yards per carry, which likely would have been second-best on the team if he had been able to finish the season.
Will we see the Wentz of 2017 carry his team to the 2020-21 NFL Super Bowl. I don’t see why not.

Based on 2019 wins, which isn’t necessarily the best way to judge the strength of schedule, the Eagles’ have the 26th-hardest schedule in the league.
Their toughest stretch of games lasts from week 12 to week 16. Philadelphia hosts Seattle on Monday Night Football then travels to Green Bay to face the Packers on a short week. After facing three straight playoff teams they have back-to-back road games against the Cardinals and Cowboys.
